Policies and procedures: Elaborate proper rules and policies for our partners in order to help them in defining frameworks for their staff and company regulations.
Human resources consulting: Providing our partners with an extended arm for all HR activities starting with the introduction of proper documentation till defining rights for all parties.
Recruiting, screening and evaluation: Hiring process, Covering building applicants database, maintaining staff historical filings, controlling employee relations, monitoring employees training records and leave history, implementing staff performance monitoring process, defining and updating staff appraisal records, consolidating staff performance appraisal and year-end final scoring, developing salary scheme in line with job categories in addition to the maintenance of proper personnel action system which cover promotion, travel, schooling, medical & target achievement.
Personnel related activities: Handling & managing all personnel private issues in line with the company policy.
Payroll: Outsourcing all payroll activities based on personnel actions records.
Education and training: Organizing yearly training schedule/booklet based on pre-defined requirements from the customers in addition to handling staff educational related issues.
